Peru boasts some of the longest waves in the world. To say its a dry country is an understatement…it doesn’t rain often and it’s climate is not too hot and not too cold. On the plus side: There are waves for all levels of ability etc. it’s mostly uncrowded and you can get super long rides. On the downside: It’s often foggy, cold cold water, a lot of the surf spots are remote and inaccessible and it can get crowded if you are surfing in the more popular breaks around Lima etc.
